Clinicians on our team offering clinical supervision

Feel confident, effective, and supported in growing to become the clinician you are fully capable of being

As supervisors, we are not only passionate about training, but also in mentoring you in your development.

We teach, mentor, and supervise trainees, pre-licensed counseling residents, doctoral candidates, and psychologists whose values align with ours — emerging clinicians who genuinely care, are conscientious and organized, and who are passionate about the craft of therapy.

Our greatest intention is for you to develop skills to feel even more comfortable, confident, and effective —supported to find and develop your authentic voice. In supervision with us, you will not only feel cared for as a clinician, but also as a person.

Many of the supervisees who come to us…

  • are pre-licensed and seeking supervised hours toward full licensure

  • already have their degree, but need supervised hours toward licensure

  • may be newly licensed and seeking additional support while on their own

  • may be licensed in one state but seeking supervised hours toward full licensure in another

  • are looking for either individual or group supervision

  • are looking to learn and grow as a person and clinician and value supervisors who enjoy mentoring and training

High quality, relatable supervision from clinicians who get it

We were once trainees and supervisees and so we understand how hard it is to find a supervisor who truly cares — someone who doesn’t intrude on your process while also helping you feel supported — someone to help you find your own voice and confidence in any clinical situation. We provide the supervision that we sought once as trainees. You are more than a supervisee to us — you are someone we genuinely care for; we want to contribute to your growth and development and to see you thrive.

Getting Started :)

  1. Reach out by completing our contact form

Completing the interest form will provide us with important information as to what you are looking for in supervision as well as to determine whether we are a potential match and fit for you. It will also allow us to begin reflecting on how best to tailor supervision for you.

We are looking for:

  • supervisees who are interested in providing high quality therapy and who share similar values to us, including passion for therapy, organization, engagement, and collaboration.

    • Trainees who may be getting clinical hours elsewhere, but who are looking for a supervisor.

    • Trainees who are interested in completing their training and supervision full-time with us.

    • Trainees who are interested in supervision groups which can be more budget friendly while also working toward hours. We are committed to developing ones that do not just check the box for your requirements, but ones in which you will find genuine connection and community with other trainees.

If you are interested in supervision with us or if our approach strongly resonates with you, we would love to hear from you and for you to complete our contact form. :)

2. speak to us for a free consultation

If it seems like a fit, we will reach out to you to schedule a time to chat on the phone! We will talk more about the populations you are interested in working with, what your supervision needs and requirements are, what you are looking for in a supervisor, and what our supervision approach would be if we were to work together! We will discuss scheduling logistics to see if it is a match!

3. complete paperwork

You will complete supervision agreements, any forms you may have on your end regarding state requirements, and payment information over our patient portal and via email.

4. we meet!!

We will set up a time to begin supervision and meet!!! :) If you are joining a supervision group, you will be provided with the meeting information.

It is natural to have questions and it is important to us that you feel supported as you navigate this process, so please feel free to reach out; we’re happy to help!
