Finding the right therapist is one of the most important parts of your therapy experience and wellness journey. Every clinician brings a unique combination of expertise, personality, life experience, and therapeutic style. At Hope + Wellness, we believe that a thoughtful match lays the foundation for meaningful, lasting change.
We encourage you to explore our website and learn about our clinicians, specialties, and approach to care. Our diverse, inclusive team includes psychologists and therapists with different backgrounds, areas of expertise, and therapeutic styles. Whether you're looking for a therapist for anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, autism, trauma, couples therapy, fertility or perinatal concerns, women's mental health, or therapy for your child or teen, we'll help you find someone who feels like the right fit.
You don't need to know your diagnosis before reaching out. If you know something doesn't feel right or you're facing a challenge you'd like support with, please feel free to share it with us. Our intake coordinator will take the time to learn about your concerns, goals, scheduling preferences, insurance, and what you're looking for in a therapist. We will then recommend the clinician we believe is the best fit for you.
If your needs change over time, we'll continue to support you. Because we're a group practice, we can help you transition to another clinician if a different expertise or therapeutic style would better support your goals, if you would like. Our priority is helping you find the therapist who feels like the best fit so you can receive exceptional care of the highest quality.
-
We believe that finding the right therapist is one of the most important factors in successful therapy. That's why we put significant care into our matching process. Rather than simply assigning you to the next available clinician, our intake coordinator takes the time to learn about what brings you to therapy, your goals, previous therapy experiences, scheduling preferences, insurance, and what you're looking for in a therapist.
We carefully consider each clinician's specialties, therapeutic approach, personality, and availability to thoughtfully recommend the therapist we believe is the best fit for your needs. Whether you're looking for support with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, autism, trauma, relationship concerns, fertility, women's mental health, or another area, we'll work to connect you with a clinician whose expertise and style align with your goals.
You don't need to know your diagnosis before reaching out. If something doesn't feel quite right, or you're looking for support through a difficult season of life, we're happy to answer your questions and help guide you toward the right therapist.
Your initial consultation is also an opportunity for you to decide whether the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit. If, after meeting with your therapist, you feel another clinician on our team may better meet your needs, we're happy to help you transition to someone else. Our goal is to help you find a therapist with whom you feel comfortable, understood, and supported so you can get the most out of your therapy experience and wellness journey.

Hope+Wellness was founded by Dr. Victoria Ranade, whose own family struggled with bipolar disorder. She designed this practice to be a place where she would feel comfortable bringing her own family members — a place that is warm, sincere, authentic — where you are truly seen and heard simply for who you are. It’s also a place where diversity and neurodivergence are celebrated and honored, as gifts and strengths you uniquely bring. Above all, this is a practice where we genuinely care about each patient, and are dedicated not only to providing effective therapy, but to the craftsmanship of it. Thank you for considering us!

This is more than a practice — it is a community and therapy home. It’s a space where you can totally be yourself and be supported in your wellness journey. Where you can genuinely, authentically be yourself and be met with warmth, kindness and compassion. We care a lot about your entire experience of mental health care here, because we know how frustrating and overwhelming insurance can be. So we help submit courtesy claims for out of network clients and also are here to help you understand your insurance if ever needed. Finally, because we're a group practice, you're joining a community of experienced psychologists and therapists with diverse specialties and perspectives. We take great care in matching you with the clinician who best fits your needs and remain committed to supporting you throughout your journey. Our vision is that Hope + Wellness is a trusted home for your mental health and wellbeing.

Sometimes people wonder whether their concerns are "serious enough" for therapy. It turns out that you don't need to be in crisis to benefit from speaking with a psychologist or therapist. In fact, people come to therapy for many reasons, including anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, grief, self-discovery, or simply wanting greater insight for their emotional health and well being. If you're unsure whether therapy is right for you, please feel free to reach out - we’re happy to help!

Testimonials
One question that comes up often in therapy is, 'What does it mean to live authentically?' For many people, especially those in the LGBTQ+ community, that question isn't always simple to answer. Living authentically can feel deeply rewarding, but it can also involve complicated and difficult emotions. Authenticity can often mean allowing our outward life to fully reflect our values, beliefs, identity, relationships, and life goals. It can involve being honest with yourself about who you are and making choices that align with your true self rather than trying to meet the expectations of others. My clinical experience has taught me that living in alignment with one's authentic self can often have positive effects on mental health and overall well-being. People who feel free to express themselves can experience greater self-confidence, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment.
