We work with women going through times of depression, anxiety, life change and transition, feelings of overwhelm and stress, as well as concerns related to becoming a mother, being a mother, and motherhood and parenting.

We provide treatments based in research that are designed and found to be effective. Treatment approaches that we specialize in include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and acceptance based therapies (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), emotion focused therapy, and stress management.
