You’ve been depressed and haven’t been feeling like yourself lately.
Every where you look, people seem happy. You wonder why you’ve been feeling so depressed lately. Things haven’t been going the way you expected them to. Although the past couple of weeks and months have been hard, you thought the feelings of sadness would go away eventually.
But they haven’t yet. Your friends and family have started to notice, and you don’t know what to say. You try to explain, but find that you don’t quite know how. Even though there are people all around you, they don’t seem to understand. You feel alone.
Every day, you silently wonder if something is wrong with you. Is there something about life that others are seeing that you aren’t? Things you used to enjoy don’t seem to hold the same excitement for you anymore. You feel unmotivated to do anything and find yourself sleeping all the time. You walk around in a fog, going through the motions and wonder if this is all there is to life.
