Dr. Victoria Ranade is a Johns Hopkins-trained clinical psychologist and MBA, with leadership training from Harvard Business School. This is different from leadership coaching. Dr. Ranade brings the depth of clinical psychology to this work — exploring the emotional and mental health dimensions that shape everything else.
