in community with others

what’s a therapy/support group?

Therapy and support groups provide a safe, caring, and nonjudgmental space to connect deeply with yourself and others who share your life concerns and experiences. Support groups are confidential and are a great source of connection to others. Through them, you can gain wisdom, feedback, support, and creative ideas to cope with challenges, as you also share and grow from the experiences and perspectives of others. Support groups are also a great way to learn skills toward positive, transformational change and growth, in a safe and supportive community of people with shared experiences.

how do i join a therapy/support group?

We offer a variety of different support groups to promote connection, healing, and growth. If you are interested in participating in a support group, please email info@hope-wellness.com with your interest, or complete the contact form expressing your interest in this group at www.hope-wellness.com/contact! We will then schedule an initial consultation with you over the phone to help determine if your group of interest would best meet your needs at this time.

Young Adult Support Group

About the Group

Moving to a new city or starting a new job can be exciting and scary, all at the same time. It’s natural to feel overwhelmed by all of the changes or to feel lonely while you adjust and you are not alone. In our Young Adult Support Group, you will find comfort and connection in sharing your struggles with others who are going through the same thing, while also feeling empowered through supporting others. You will receive emotional support in a safe and nonjudgmental space and discuss topics relating to work, life, relationships, stress, loneliness, and navigating all the challenges that adulthood can bring. Possible topics also include relationships, depression, anxiety, isolation, family stressors.

This is an ongoing support group run by Stephanie Musa, LPC! :) Since it’s ongoing, you can reach out to us anytime if you are interested in joining! It is a small, intimate group of young adults who are also interested in connecting with you and others in their 20s.

It is an absolute human certainty that no one can know his own beauty or perceive a sense of his own worth until it has been reflected back to him in the mirror of another loving, caring human being.
