basics of meditation
While there are many meditation resources available, it can be transformative to work individually with a meditation teacher or specialist. These highly individualized, in person sessions allow you to learn the basics in a way that is tailored and customized to you, including your wellness goals, interests, and lifestyle. You’ll get a personalized meditation you can use just for you, as well as support establishing a rhythm of practice that feels both meaningful and beneficial. You’ll be supported to find what’s most helpful for your mind and body: breathwork, mindfulness, loving-kindness, visualization, body-based awareness.

We will be hosting therapeutic retreats where you will not only get rest and relaxation but be able to connect with others in community. Activities at our retreats will include wellness such as yoga, mindfulness, healthy meals, and therapeutic activities to help you with healing.

Sometimes you’re not experiencing depression, anxiety, or another mental health concern, but you just want guidance or advice related to something going on in your life! If this is you, we’re here to help. Life consultations are short-term, focused sessions where you meet with a therapist on our team for a few times to talk through a specific life event, decision, or challenge that you’re currently going through. Whether it’s navigating a transition, making an important choice, or getting perspective on a particular problem, life consultations provide supportive, thoughtful advice without the need for ongoing therapy.

Concierge care + wellness
Our wellness services can be seamlessly combined with concierge care to provide truly individualized support. For example, executive functioning coaching can take place right in your home—helping you organize bills, manage schoolwork, or structure your space so sessions are directly relevant and beneficial to your daily life. Sessions can also be brought outdoors, such as personalized meditation in nature, creating a restorative environment to support your overall well-being.
